bonjour pour moi il faut garder les mêmes temps et ce serais:
1) did we take them to school after lunch?
2)What were they all waiting for?
3)Did she refuse to take that job ?
4) Ok
5) How often....?

7) je trouve ta phrase un bizarre j'aurai mis Can she bring her sister ou qqch comme ça

Si tu dois reformuler les phrases sous forme de question cela donnerait :
->did we take them to school after lunch ?
->Were they all waiting for the train ?
->Did she refuse to take that job ?
Mais si tu dois formuler les questions correspondant aux réponses alors tu aurais :
->When did we take them to school ?
->What were they all waiting for ?
->What did she refuse ? Did she refuse to take that job ?
