Lettre de motivation pour une université américaine

Bonjour,

Je dois préparer une lettre de motivation en anglais pour pouvoir m'inscrire dans une université américaine et j'aurais besoin de votre aide pour me corriger ou me dire si je me suis mal exprimé! Merci d'avance !

"Actually high school student in twelfth grade in section «Economic and Social» at the institution of (...), I would like to integrate an american university to start my higher education. I did 7 years of my schooling in this recognized institution. I have performed my General Certificate of Secondary Education with honors and I have discover  the world of work during an internship in a riding school.

Naturally cheerful, positive and sociable, i could easily adapt to my new lifestyle. I am motivated, ambitious, dynamic and curious. I like to learn, discover and educate myself ; it is the reason why I think I correspond to the expectations of american universities.

I have been horse riding for over 14 years. Attracted by the relationship with the animal, this taught me to control myself and to respect others. In parallel, i appreciate every type of sports, it is for me a way to unwind and to surpass myself.

Also, I apreciate traveling, it is for me primary to grow up and to build as a person. By the way, one of my favorite quote is : «The world is a book, and thos who do not travel only read a page.» Saint Augustine

My project is fairly specific. In effect, I want to do business studies, and then, or I will specialize in the domain of the luxury, or i will move toward humanitarian actions. Undoubtedly I have a concern about this subject, whether it is to help or protect humans, animals or nature. I would like to contribute to change and improve the world that we live in. Give my time for this is for me necessary.

If i want to leave for the United State, it is, partially, for the human aspect. Leave for the United States will allow me to discover a different culture and to meet people with different customs. Integrate an american school represent for me a real challenge for my future, in wich my work, my dynamism and combativeness will be able to fully express.

My choice to study in United States is motivated by my ambition to do an international career. American univesities are recognized all over the world for the quality of education.

I am sure to have the qualities and the motivation to intergrate an american university. My curiosity, my joie de vivre, my enthousiasm will be appreciate in the campus. Most of the courses are made in small groups where my sociability and my open-mindedness will be in adequacy with the way to teach."

Pour finir j'aimerais mettre cette phrase : "Choisir les Etats-Unis, c'est s'assurer un avenir meilleur." mais je ne sais pas comment la traduire !
