Introduction

My notion is spaces and exchanges that's what I'm going to talk about and more precisely Global Cities. A global city is a leader in the world economy and it had an influence in many fields like culture, politics or the environment. I will answer the question: How far does a global city have some impact on the whole world ? I'm going to illustrate my question with two exemple that of London and that of Singapore.

I- London

First, London is the capital of England and it's population grow from 1 million in 1800. It is the second city of the world rank. It had a better cultural experience and political engagemet as New york. The tourist industry is also an important part of London's economy. More than 200,000 people in London work at jobs that are relates to tourism.

London has long been of International importance but new cities have emerged, such as Singapore.
