Salut, j'ai un exposé pour demain en anglais sur les destructions d'immeubles en Inde. Quelqu'un pourrait me donner un coup de main pour corriger svp ?

Hey ! We going to tell you about the destructions of buildings in India. This video was taken in Cochin, in India on the 16 of january. We can see on this video, the 5 buildings who was destroyed by the order of the governement. This 5 luxury buildings of 20 floors was destroyed with explosives to the aplause of the residents from Cochin. This 5 tower was built in 2010 didn't was destroy for the secutity but for climatic's reasons. This operation was the most imporant ever decided by the indian governement. In total 350 apartments was destructed. But why? In fact during last mosoon, in this area, the floods has caused dor hundred death. So, the government decided to be really strct with all the climates norms and direct to destruc this 5 buildings who was outside the law scine so may times. This buildings was in fact in a fragile zone. It is forbidden to build in this area but, Construction companies were able to obtain permits, probably by paying bribles to local authorities. The buildings was habited by rich Indians and a part of this resitants refused to leave. So the government decided to cut the arrivals of water and electricity. The habitants was compensated with a lot of money. The authorities message is clear :" this is what awaits you if you circumvent the law and endanger nature". A lot of people react on Tweeter, some people citisism the fact that dinamit was used to protect the environement. This decision is still a respectable descision who show that the indian governement is really engaged for the climates troubles znd it's a really imporant thing today.

Not because it wasn’t secure, but for climatic's reasons. This operation was the most important one ever decided by the indian government. A total of 350 buildings were destroyed. But why? In fact, during last monsoon, the floods has caused over a hundred death in this area. So, the government decided to be really strict with all the climates norms and decided to destroy those buildings which weren’t following the law too many times. These buildings were in fact in a fragile zone. It’s forbidden to build in this area but construction companies were able to obtain permits, probably by paying bribles to local authorities. Rich Indians were in these buildings and a part of them refused to leave. So the government decided to cut the water’s arrivals and electricity. The habitants were compensated with a lot of money. The authorities message is clear :" this is what’s waiting for you if you don’t respect the law and the nature". A lot of people reacted on Twitter, some people criticised the fact that they used dynamite to protect the environement. This decision is still a respectable decision which shows that the indian governement is really engaged for the climates troubles and it's a really important thing today.
