Sujet du devoir

Bonjour,
Je dois réaliser une lettre de motivation en Anglais. Pouvez vous me dire s'il y a beaucoup de fautes, s'il vous plait ?
Merci d'avance !

Où j'en suis dans mon devoir

Dear Madam Smith,

I am writing to you in response to your advertisement in The Times for the position of librarian. The responsibilities required for this post as stated in the advertisement are the Children department to one year to a student.
I am currently studying in a DUT information communication in France. I possess an excellent acknowledgment of English French literature and I am very interested by English and USA literature. I speak English very well and I regularly visited Woodford in London suburb.
I believe I possess the qualities required to fulfill the job as an adaptation at a new job, a good communication with children, a good knowledge of the use of a SIGB, and a great seriousness and rigor.
I had the opportunity to develop this belonging the last year at a French association named AFFEV which the aim is to allow children in scholar difficulties to like lecture. I went with one child and his little brother every week in a library in Paris. These have allowed to me to acquire a sense of responsibility and to read book with children who have scholar difficulties.
Moreover, I spent one month working for the National French Library. I make some bibliographies for the reader on professional periodicals for the librarian in many languages and I organized the collection of these professional periodicals and children periodicals. I develop a sense of organization and a contact with readers.
Indeed, since I started my studies I really wanted to spend one year working abroad. I perfectly know that this opportunity constitutes an advantage on my resume, and that will enable me to integrate the professional life more easily. Moreover, this opportunity to live one year in London will enable me to open my mind with the English culture. Lastly, a year abroad would be a personal experiment without any doubt very enriching.
This position relates to my long-term goals as in the future I plan to work in a French library in the foreign literature and particularly in the English department.

I would be grateful if you could send me further details about the job requirements.

Thanking you in anticipation,
Yours sincerely,
