Sujet du devoir

bonjour

Voilà où j'en suis; juste pour savoir si je peux continuer ou si mon intro et ma problematique ne sont pas bonne.

I am going to talk about the notion of Progress. First of all I would like to give a definition of this notion : Progress is the idea that the world and the society can evolve positively in therms of sciences, technology, modernization, living condition, etc. However, the idea of progress is still debate between those who consider that it’s beneficial and those for whom it’s harmful. In order to illustrate this notion I have chosen to talk mainly about Internet. Internet was first used by the American Army in the sixties and then it was popularized in the nineties. Today, millions of people use it. For many this  new technology  doesn’t respond to all wishes. Indeed, the dangers are numerous and it is not worth bearing them. I chose to speak mainly about internet, dealing with the notion of progress.. So First of all, we will talk about a video by skynews entitled the twenty five years of the web by skynews on 2014. Afterwards we will focus on a press article <school.com> by Lisa Guernsey, from the New York Times made in February 15th, 2001, and finally we will deal with a press article entitled <the end of privacy> by andrew Burt and Dan Geer in the nytimes on octber 5, 2017.

We will try to see How has the internet modified our social behaviour and changed the way we communicate despite the lack of privacy?

oui, merci bien mais voila pour mon oral en lele j'aimerai bien une correction:

Im going to talk about the theme the writer in his century. Some writer dont hesitate criticize their own society through their work in expressing the way of thinking. So we'll try to figure out how these writers reveal their societies through their art. To illustrate that theme, I have chosen two several extracts from the novel Animal Farm> by George Orwell. Afterwards, we will focus on an extract from the film animal Farm.

We will try to see How can writers denounces injustices?

The book animal farm is an apologue by George Orwell. His work is marked by his profound awareness of social injustice and an intense opposition to oppression and totalitarianism. Besides novels that have become classics, his works include essays and literary criticism.
The book deals with an animal farm set in England which owns to Mr Jones, a farmer. But animals, which are fed up with the bad conditions of living let by Mr Jones, will make a revolution to take the power and promise become never like humans. However, at least animals become worse than the human race.
The first text is «the seven commandments» present when the farm animals were gathered to hold their first official meeting shortly after the humans had been taken away from the farm in this extract, the 2 main leaders Napoleon and snowbold speak to the ground. This foreshadows an ending in which pigs may become the new leader.
The Seven Commandments of Animalism, like the biblical Ten Commandments, are an attempt to completely codify the animals' behavior to comply with a system of morality.

In the following text we can see that utopia transformed into dystopia.
As the animals adopt the sentences, they begin to forget the Seven Commandments, which gives the pigs the opportunity to change them. In fact, the pigs manage to break every one of the other commandments. **********

The novella also represents a satire on the Russian Revolution. This aims to show how a dystopia arises from what initially seems a noble idea for creating an ideally just (utopian) society

This highlights how at the end of the novel, everything has come full circle

Realizing that things have become "worse than ever for ordinary creature", all of the animals unite together to overthrow Napoleon. The film closes with a smashed portrait of Napoleon as he is being overwhelmed and beaten to death "off screen" by the animals. This does not happen in the book. In the book version, The pigs and humans begin to play poker, and a fight erupts when Napoleon and Pilkington both put down the Ace of Spades at the same time. As the animals witness the pigs and humans quarreling over their poker game, they cannot distinguish between them.

To conclude, we can see that Orwell has done quite enough in demonstrating, clearly and dreadfully, the nature and scope of the challenges to be faced. Moreover, this allegory highlight a criticism with satirical aspects.
