Où j'en suis dans mon devoir

Hello, and welcome in your preferred newspaper The Sun! Today, in your topic sport, we will tell you a rather astonishing event! The last week took place the famous marathon of New York, gained  this year by the Kenyan Geoffrey Mutai in time record of 2 hours and 6 minutes.. At the end of the race, while my colleagues were  looking desperately a runner to interview, I turned the head and saw a man in an incredible situation! I didn’t believe my eyes! This was like in a  movie ! I had to go to meet this man. I took the taxi and asked to the driver to follow him. I saw the strange man in the corner of one kick with scratches with the face. Dear reader, what I am now going to tell you, is going to shut up you!

This mysterious man, nicknamed Sonny Saddler agreed to tell me his adventure. He told me that he had enormously got ready to run this marathon. He ran several hours by days and was delighted to participate in this famous race. According to him, the secret of the success, it was the training. Sonny lived in London. To come to New York, he took the plane. He arrived the day before the race. This night, he slept in the Waldorf Astoria New York  hotel. In the morning, he was stressed. He received a phone call of his wife to encourage him. He told me that his wife had said him: “Go my darling! We are all with you! You are the best!” But then why he had in mind this stupid idea? It is incomprehensible! Dear readers you go to be shocked!

While he was waiting for several minutes in a bus stop, he noticed that he was alone! It was necessary to face the facts! The bus wouldn’t come! How has he thus been able to go to the marathon? Enormous coincidence! He was turning back, but a friend of his, in a taxi passed in the street at the same moment! Sonny went to the taxi, however he noticed that the race was going to begin in 20 minutes! His friend, Andrew was rather used to being late. He, had come to have fun. This is how the nightmare of Sonny began. It was now an obvious fact, Sonny was going to arrive late to the marathon. Sonny explained to me that at this moment, he was distraught. Andrew, seeing his friend in this state, had an idea, a horrible idea. At this moment of this interview, Sonny was very embarrassed. What Sonny was going to tell me? The inevitable! 

Andrew told to his friend to go out of the car. Sonny obeyed. Anyway, he had to lose nothing more. Andrew took Sonny in an isolated side street. This is the way the unthinkable occurred. Ladies and Gentlemen, the end of the suspense!

 Andrew perceived a carnival. Sonny didn’t  really understand what they were going to make in this place. There was a stand of car karts. Not time to say PHEW that a few seconds later, Andrew took one of the karts! Sonny thought that it was a dream! But no, it was the reality ! Andrew and Sonny drove the kart in parallel streets to the race. Until... Andrew lost control of the car! It is at this moment when I appeared.

Obviously, Sonny didn’t end his race. Many  spectators met around Andrew and Sonny. Andrew and Sonny laughed so much the situation was improbable ! Sonny will have gained still the trophy of the best cheater! Even if Sonny didn’t run the marathon, this memory will remain in him for ever engraved in his heart !!
