Writing task

You work for the international tourist agency ‘Secret Destinations’. You receive a commis- sion for the number of clients you bring to the company and your superiors encourage you to be as inventive as possible.

Invent an entry for a travel blog site to encourage tourists to use ‘Secret Destinations’ to book their holiday. (You will imagine you are a tourist who has travelled with ‘Secret Desti- nations’).

Choose a destination in an English-speaking country. Find a picture to illustrate your entry and write the blog. Make sure you name the place, describe the setting, the weather, and one or two anecdotes or experiences. Remember the objective is to encourage people to travel with ‘Secret Destinations’, so you need to mention the company’s name and show how fantastic a holiday with ‘Secret Destinations’ is! Describe your feelings, make people feel your destination is particularly special and that only ‘Secret Destinations’ offers desti- nations like it. (200 words)
