Non, je pense que la vie des politiciens n’a pas à être divulguée au monde entier.
Ces personnes trop souvent médiatisées ont droit à une vie privée comme tout un chacun.
Pourquoi devrait-on plus connaître la vie des politiciens que celle des autres hommes.
Ces gens n’ont pas forcément envie que l’on connaisse leurs affaires mais pourtant les nouvelles de leurs faits et gestes font la une des journaux. Ce qui permet de nourrir la machine médiatique.
On peut presque dire que leur vie est une question d’argent; plus il y a de détails croustillants, plus le porte-monnaie de la presse se remplit. Ils pensent d'abord le politicien comme un prix non comme un homme. :

Pour "la une des journaux", je dirai plutôt "everything they do make it to the frontpage, feeding the media machine"
Ensuite, pour les détails : "the more spicy the details are, the more filled the press's wallet is".

Alors, pour tes autres phrases, c'est pas mal ! En fait, il faut surtout que tu revoies les pronoms personnels, parce que tu as tendance à mettre "it" pour "him" ou "her", pareil pour l'accord avec les pronoms et les adjectifs possessifs (we = our).
Il y a quelques petites fautes de traduction (notamment pour la possession, avec " 's" ou "x of x"), mais sinon, c'est bien!
