Alors je pense la dernière phrase de ta première partie n'est pas très correcte, dis plutôt ça:

I practice horse riding, it's my favorite sport because I love horses.

Et concernant ta meilleure amie:

My best friend is Sabrina, she's fifteen years old, her birthday is on the 15 March( et toi aussi dans ta première phrase mets "my birthday is on the 2 May). She lives in Chaumont-En-Vexin, she's Algerian. She loves playing soccer, it's her favorite sport.

Voila ce que j'ai remarqué

Pour dire quand est ton anniversaire dit plutôt : I was born + date de ton anniv.

T'as oublié un verbe entre She et Algeria.

Et on ne dit pas She loves football, her are sport favouriyte, mais, She loves football, it's her favourite sport.

ce qui est en gras est ce que j'ai modifié je pense que tu pourrais parler un peu plus de ta meilleure amie (ses goûts musicaux animaux de compagnie...)
