Space and exchanges (problèmatique ...)

Voilà, pour mon oral de space and exchanges je sais ce que je veux dire, le problème c'est que je n'arrive pas à établir une problèmatique (quitte à changer un peu mon développement... Voilà, merci pour votre aide !)

La problèmatique pourrait elle être (en accord avec ce que j'ai fait) : Quelle est l'évolution des pays où vivent les immigrants ? 

Ou

Comment évolu la vie des immigrants ? ...

Intro 
For the notion of spaces and exchanges i can talk about different areas of the world and their economic symbols, because exchanges is founded on goods exchanges but too on movement of people like gap-year, students exchanges or immigration across the borders of the different spaces of the world.

Today, exchanges are easier thanks to the internet.

For this notion, I would especially talk about immigration.PROBLEMATIQUE ?!

 Développement

In the past decades, a lot of people choose to leave their original country. They choose to become an immigrant and to go in another country.

In the 20th Century, people travel across the sea to come in America. Before to be able to enter in the USA, people were welcomed in the immigration center « Ellis Island ».

They have to answer to a lot of personal questions and to do some medical examinations. If people was healthy, they could enter in their new country, if not, they were push out, oing a travel back to their origin country.

A lot of people died on this Island. Now, the immigration center was turned into an immigration history museum.

Today, people are immigrating because of hunger, insecurity because of war... They are immigrating to get a better life. They want a good situation to study or to found a job, to get money and to be safe with their family

Today, it’s often difficult for people to immigrate. It is a dangerous travel ! Boat People are for exemple, often victims of problem because they are traveling in old boats. Often, they are accidents and a lot of people are dying. Smugglers are not taking care of the travelers, all they want is money.

Another example to illustrate the danger of being an immigrant : the border across the USA and Mexico. Here, people are killed by policeman or by civil acting as policeman. Because they don’t want to have immigrant taking jobs and their money. Really a lot of people are dying trying to cross the border. People just want to realize their own american dream.

Once they are in the country, it’s a long way to go to achieve their own american dream. First, they are undocumented, so they can’t have a good job and they could be send back in their origin country.

And they could have a problem with language, because Mexican have to learn english.

In America, Culture have a lot of influence due to immigrants origins. For example some tv channels was created in Spanish, food brands are inventing some special recipes for Hispanic, music can be inspired by other cultures too. Finally, thanks to immigration, America is became literally a cocktail of culture.
