Sujet du devoir

J'ai écris un texte en Français et je l'ai traduit . Mais je pense que ma traduction comporte beaucoup de faute ou de phrase compliquer ... Un peu d'aide svp :)

Où j'en suis dans mon devoir

Voici mon texte en Français:

Un matin comme les autres , Gary Norman se leva et admira la vue qui donne sur Central Park . Quand il fut habillé il alla se balladait dans les rues de New York. Il passa devant une librairie et entra . Gary Norman était analphabète , il ne savait ni lire ni écrire . Après avoir regardé quelques illustrations sur des livres il partit rejoindre sa meilleure amie pour manger . Une fois arrivé il commença une discussion avec sa meilleure amie . Ils se parlaient de leurs souvenirs d'enfance , ils parlaient de l'analphabétisme de Gary ... Tout ça faisait du bien à Gary . En début d'après-midi Gary va à ses cours de grammaire , il apprend à lire et à écrire . Car son rêve est de devenir comédien . Après ses leçons il va voir sa mère qui habite dans la banlieu de New York . La mère de Gary qui s'en veut de l'analphabétisme de son fils va lui donner ces seconds cours de grammaire et va l'entrainer à jouer la comédie . Enfin Gary rentre chez lui après une grosse journée . Il fait la cuisine et regarde le film qu'il est allé louer deux heures avant . Pour s'entainer le film est sous-titrés .

Voici ma traduction :

A morning like any other, Gary Norman stood up and admired the view overlooking Central Park. When he was dressed he went out walking in the streets of New York. He passed a bookshop and entered. Gary Norman was illiterate, he could neither read nor write. After watching a few illustrations of books he left to join his best friend to eat. Once he began a discussion with her best friend. They talked about their childhood memories, they spoke of illiteracy by Gary ... It was all good for Gary. In early afternoon Gary runs his classes in grammar, he learns to read and write. Because his dream is to become an actor. After his lessons he went to her mother who lives in the suburbs of New York. Gary's mother who blames himself for his son's illiteracy will give these second grammar course and will lead to the acting. Gary finally returns home after a long day. He cooks and watches the film he went to rent two hours before. To train the film is subtitled.
