It is possible to reduce the road accidents has condition that the drivers respect speeds required on the various roads, that the pedestrians make sure there is no car before crossing a way, and that every driver verifies before going out of his house which his engine is in good condition to avoid breaking down in the middle of a road. It would be possible to avoid the traffic accidents if the state provided us with more agents on roads.
suggestions:
-upgrade the fines you need to pay in case of road mistakes
-put more radars on the roads
-do not let people listen to radio because it can be distractive
-do not talk to the driver
-do not let people be distracted while driving,(shocking publicity, pretty girls,etc...)
-put more policemens
-do not let stupid people drive
and last wear helmets even in the car...
