What is a hero for you ?

A hero is someone just like Robin Hood..He robs from the rich and gives to the poor :) !

A hero is somebody who fights for freedom, protects people from evil-minded people. A hero will sacrifice his/her life for a stranger! A hero doesn't care about his/her own life. A hero wants justice to prevail. Joan of Arc is a hero because she fought for her country and sacrificed her life for her country!

I studied it in my high school. You know that Steve Jobs, Barck Obama, Wonderwoman are heros ??

A hero is a servant of God.

- a man of distinguished courage or abitily, admired for his brave deeds and noble qualities
- a person who, in the opinion of others, has heroic qualities or has performed an heroic act
- the principal male character in a story, play, film...
- in the classical mythology : a being of godlike prowess and beneficience who often came to be honored as a divinity.

A hero is someone in your eyes that is extraordinary, they stand out. They are your role model and in your mind worthy of your admiration. It can be anyone from your parents, a sibling, even the librarian, or a musician you really admire.
A hero isn't just a person you see everyday. Or a celbrity which you think is cool. A hero is someone who means something to you, someone who works hard for something and tries his/her best for everything. A hero to you, is someone who loves you, and won't stop loving.
A hero always does the right thing.
A hero is open to the differences between community members and is willing to listen to other ideas.
A hero is anyone who can and does make a difference in their communities.
A hero is a positive role model for others in the community.

A hero meets a need, reacts in the moment, or feels strongly about some injustice in the world. A hero has had an impact on others; brought innovation to his field to help the less fortunate; developed a program directed at those in need; raised funds for a specific cause; or rescued someone whose life was in jeopardy.
A hero works beyond the scope of his or her job, possibly as a volunteer. A hero responds to a social need, or the needs of a person or group. A hero moves out of her comfort zone (i.e., doing something she has no experience with), and may even put her life on the line.

In a nutshell, that person is someone who tries really hard to make a difference in this world. A hero is someone you can look up to. Someone you can trust upon and who you know won't let you down
