Quel est le nom de l'association? A child in the hand ou A child by the hand ? Attention à ne pas confondre.
"The association a child in the hand is a charity organization", le mot charity employé sans mot lié désigne la charité au sens de qualité.
Attention, la dernière phrase est une répétition.
Le reste est parfait.

Pas for children mais to
Pour a child in the hand tu devrais probablement mettre des guillemets et pareil pour ChildFund Alliance.
Tu devrais mettre (particularly in Brazil, Mexico…)
