At the end of the chapter 13, Albert has convinced of certain wrong-doings on the part of Mr.Evans. he is frustrated by his age and feels that if he were older, he would be able to influence people more, and help Hepzibah and johnny.
Imagnie Albert has decided to react by contacting a local journalist, and telling him the whole sordid story. Knowing that Mr.Evans is an "important man" in the local community , a councillor, the journalist embellishes the details to create a story to shock yhe community.
Write the headline and the news article. include as many details as you can , talk about Mrs.Gotobed, johnny an dhepzibah ,and, try to portray Mr.Evans as a real 'baddie' ( your newspaper will sell more copies if it has a story that shocks and moves people !)
