the chocolate

for My presentation I chose to speak you of chocolate
Hence I would make a small introduction, then I would explain why I love the chocolate. we will see too that the chocolate is in the middle of our five sences and we will taste it to finish.Let us start with a short introduction:
The chocolate comes from of central america. the mayas and Aztecs, were the first that have cultivated cacao trees. These people appreciated this food which was consumed as a drink or as currency exchange.
And the chocolate arrived in europe grace aux espagnoles

I love the chocolate! is a fact…
this simple word, Chocolate… evoke for me a pleasure at pure state. I have sometimes the impression which the chocolate reveals its various facets for me to take along to the paradise. Because It seems indeed, that the chocolate contributes to my good mood… I like its vertues releasing and the festive atmosphere which accompanies its consumption… The chocolate invites to the voyage. Today source of inventiveness, its variations are numerous: floral fragrances of the jasmine or the pink, animal of amber or the musk, heady of the vanilla of Tahiti, spiced cinnamon of China, Land-mark, consistent, with milk, soft, black, melting, caramelized, sensual, white, crunching, with hazel nuts, tasty, lined, powerful, imagination, to crunch, superior, of nutmeg, the pepper of Java, citronnées of the cardamome, It easy to find the right chocolate for the right occasion.
Enjoy with pleasure and without culpability, chocolate makes me feel good.It flatters my papillae and accompany me a pleasant feeling of euphoria and wellbeing. For this reason it is my food of happiness! And There is not of reason I reject my chocolate envy!

Moreover , chocolate taste calls our 5 sences
Actually , when we eat chocolates the sight function reacts and delivers information about the state , the shape , the coulour and aspect of the chocolates. Before even tasting, the odors which emanate from the chocolate wakes up appetite..So the sence of smell helps to detect the different aromas.
The ability to smell represents 90 to 95 percents of the pleasure from the degustation. without our sences it would have been impossible to appreciate the chocolate.
we can believe that the hearing does not intervene in the process OF degustation But we forget the chocolate which crépite or croustille…. A chimic stimulation also occurs into the process: astringent, hot, metallic, refreshing … are sensitive into the mouth and depend on the touch or and are responsiveness to the touch.

The taste as the fith sence has a preestablish function: it helps to determine the four basic flavour:
Sweet, salty, sour and bitter.
That is the reason why , in order to recognize and appreciate a piece of chocolate, we must recogize its smell , its texture and colour. now i suggest you eat chocolates to recall your memories of the pleasure this is but also to develop your sences with this flavour.

Chocolate

For my presentation, I chose to stalk about chocolate.
First I would introduce its origin then I would explain why I love chocolate. We will address (aborder) chocolate through our five senses and in the end we will taste it.

Let us start with a short introduction:
chocolate comes from central america. Mayas and Aztecs were the first to cultivate cacao trees. These people appreciated it. It was consumed as a drink or as currency exchange.
Then chocolate arrived in europe thanks to Spanish colonization.

This simple word "Chocolate", evoke me a pleasure at pure state. Sometimes I have the impression that chocolate reveals its various facets. It makes me fly to paradise. Because it seems indeed, that chocolate contributes to my good mood… I like its virtues of relaxation and the festive atmosphere which accompanies its consumption… Chocolate invites to travel. Today source of inventiveness, its variations are numerous: floral fragrances of the jasmine or rose, animal in amber or musk, heady of the vanilla of Tahiti, spiced cinnamon of China, Land-mark, consistent, with milk, soft, black, melting, caramelized, sensual, white, crunching, with hazelnuts, tasty, lined, powerful, imagination, to crunch, superior, of nutmeg, the pepper of Java, lemon of the cardamome... It's easy to find the right chocolate for the right occasion.
Enjoyed with pleasure and without culpability, chocolate makes me feel good. It flatters my papillas and gives me a pleasant feeling of euphoria and of well-being. For this reason it is my food of happiness! And there is no reason to reject my chocolate craving!

You (tu interpelles le public) may believe that hearing does not intervene in the process of degustation? But you forget that chocolate crackles or is crunchy.
A chimic stimulation also occurs into this process: astringent, hot, metallic, refreshing,... Our mouth is sensitive to this. And it depends on touch.

Taste, as the fith sense, has a preestablish function: it helps determining the four basic flavour: sweet, salty, sour and bitter.
That part is my favourite moment: when I'm actually eating chocolate.

That is the reason why , in order to recognize and appreciate a piece of chocolate, we must recogize its smell , its texture and its colour.

Now I suggest that you eat chocolate to remind you of this pleasure but also to develop your senses with this flavour.
Enjoy!
