Judo : The paradox between fight and respect

Why the judo is a shape of communication And the place of the respect in this sport .

Before beginning to speak about respect,It is necessary to understand the link between judo and communication

I practise this sport since I am ten years old, And this summer, I went to the olympic games in Rio with my club to seen the events of judo.

I met many peoples Coming of everywhere in world, and there practised the same sport as me,But in spite of our various cultures We had this common point,Thus we could speak of our common passions.

The sport allows to gather peoples all over the world.

Enthusiasts gather and share during the competitions

The respect is one of the eight rules of the moral code of the judo That all judokas must to know

It is important to respect your opponent during the fighting You must avoid being dangerous to him ,Greet him , Greet also the surface of fight,Acknowledge your defeat And control yourself by avoiding anger

I think that the respect come because,in spite of it is an individual sport,We need others to train for the fight And it is necessary to respect his team-mate Because he Is here to help you to progress.

During the competitionsThere is a referee who monitors the good behavior of the fighters

The fighters must respect their decisions Or they will be penalized By a disqualification

and finally It must also exist a respect between the fighter and the public.

The public must not insult an athlete and the opposite

And the minimum of respect is to pay attention to the fighting

To conclude ,Whether it is an individual sport or a team sport, We must respect all peoples involved in this sport (Referees,Opponents…)

And we must use this respect learned in a sport in our daily life

Respecting our families, our friends, our teachers and all the other way to a personn to express himself
I believe that respect is the basis of communication in all its forms

Before beginning to speak about respect, it is necessary to understand the link between judo and communication. I have practised this sport since I was ten years old, and this summer, I went to the Olympic games in Rio with my club to see the judo events .

I met many people from everywhere in the world, and they practised the same sport as me, and in spite of our various cultures we had this common point, thus we could speak of our common passions.

The sport brings together people from all over the world.

Enthusiasts gather and share during the competitions.

Respect is one of the eight rules of the moral code of the judo that all judokas must know.

It is important to respect your opponent during the fight. You must avoid being dangerous to him; greet him; greet also the surface of the fight; acknowledge your defeat and control yourself by avoiding anger.

I think that the respect comes in because in spite of this being an individual sport, we need others to train for the fight and it is necessary to respect team-mates because they are here to help you to progress.

During the competitions there is a referee who monitors the good behavior of the fighters.

The fighters must respect the decisions of the referee or they will be penalized by a disqualification.

Finally, there must also be respect between the fighters and the public.

The public must not insult an athlete or show excessive support and show their respect by paying attention to the fighting.

To conclude, whether it is an individual sport or a team sport, we must respect all of the people involved in this sport (referees, opponents…), and we must use this respect learned in a sport in our daily life.

In respecting our families, our friends, our teachers and all others allows people to express who they are.
I believe that respect is the basis of communication in all its forms.
