Vous êtes le directeur : Faites la note de service suivante : (1) 45 points.

Vous annoncez une période de formation à vos employés relative au nouveau réseau informatique et à ses derniers développements.
Vous indiquez que les sessions de formation seront conduites des locaux de l'entreprise tous les vendredis et Lundi et pendant 3 heures.
Vous ajouterez que tous les employés sont attendus pour la formation et qu’ils doivent consulter leurs superviseurs pour la sélection de leurs heures de passage.


Faites l’e-mail suivant (2) 50 points.
Vous faites partie des Tuteurs et superviseurs. Vous écrivez à votre directeur.
Vous recommandez le non renouvellement de contrat de la stagiaire Mrs Barnard qui a rejoint la compagnie quelques semaines auparavant.
Vous signalez que pendant sa période d'essai elle n'a pas réussi à se mettre au niveau des tâches supposées prévues dans son contrat et qu'elle n'a jamais montré aucun intérêt à vouloir s'améliorer.
Vous signalez la présence en pièce jointe des notes et des entretiens d'évaluation personnels que vous avez eus avec elle.

Subject: contract of Mrs Barnard

I write you to give my opinion on Mrs Barnard, our trainee who inserted our team some weeks ago.
Mrs Barnard has difficulties to make tasks of her contract. In effect, she did not achieve her objectives of sale and management of team.

Her defects are a lack of motivation and understanding. As soon as I pointed out her difficulties, I called her for a date in my office to take stock of the situation on her training period.

During this date, Mrs Barnard remained silent. But I think that this maintenance served nothing because she did not improve since that day. Further to her behavior I recommend the stopping of its contract therefore.

Besides, I put in you in enclosed documents my notes and the personal discussions of valuation of Mrs Barnard.

On ne dit pas note of service mais plutôt MEMO ou MEMORANDUM

Subject: Mrs. Barnard's renewal employment contract

Dear Mr. Smith,
