I - Complète la biographie suivante en conjuguant au prétérit les verbes indiqués entre parenthèses.Patricia Highsmith (be) an American novelist who (be) born in Texas on 19 January 1921. In 1942 she (graduate) from college where she (study) literature. First, she (write) comic books. She (become) famous thanks to Hitchcock because he (adapt) Strangers on a Train for television in 1951.
She nevers (marry) and (mot have) any children. She (die) of leukaemia on 4 February 1995.

tu es en 3ème donc le prétérit a déjà été vu dans les classes précédentes...
rappel: pour les verbes réguliers, on rajoute -ED à la fin des verbes, ex: I like devient I liked; I watch devient I watched.
pour les verbes irréguliers, la liste est à connaitre,
ex: I am devient I was; I see devient I saw.
dans l'exo 1 , à toi de chercher si le verbe est régulier ou non, si oui, tu mets -ed, sinon tu regardes dans la liste (généralement en fin de livre) pour avoir la forme prétérit.
pour l'exo 2, tu dois situer l'action.
dans l'exemple, this studio opened in 1960(il y a 40 ans).
