1) was walking (si tu as vu le preterit continu, sinon écris walked) / attacked
2) heard / saw (verbes irréguliers)
3) took (verbe irrégulier)
4) What have you done (forme interrogative >>> do se conjugue avec l'auxiliaire avoir)
5) was watching (ou watched comme tu l'as mis)
Si tu n'as pas vu le preterit continu (forme en -ing), opte pour la solution que je t'ai indiquée en 2e intention.
En fait, le preterit continu indique une action passée en train de se dérouler. Ce temps équivaut un peu à un imparfait alors que le preterit simple vaut plus un passé simple...
Exemple :
Dimanche dernier, à 2 heures, une femme était en train de (imparfait >>> forme en -ing) marcher lorsqu'un homme l'attaqua (passé simple >>> action brève et bien délimitée dans le temps, donc preterit simple)
