Où j'en suis dans mon devoir
J'ai déjà construit le dialogue :A. Bonjour , vous êtes bien chez ' Immo Brussel ', que puis je faire pour vous ?
B. Bonjour , pourriez vous m'expliquez le principe de l'échange d'appartements pour les vacances ?
A. Oui , avec plaisir !
Quelqu'un peut prêter son appartement pour les vacances et occuper l'appartement de la personne a qu'il a prêté le sien. Il y a un avantage : Pas de frais de logement et on ne paie que le voyage et la nourriture .
Il y a toutefois 50 euros de frais à payer par chèque , virement ou en liquide et à déposer à l'agence .
On va chercher les clés de l'appartement chez un voisin, c'est à convenir avec le propriétaire et donc qui nécessite des contacts préalable par téléphone , e-mail ou lettre.
Et pour finir , il n'y a pas de garantie.Les gens qui occuperont l'appartement soient impeccable mais il est conseillé de mettre les choses au point lors des contacts préalables.
